    European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) to kindly request your support for our World Obesity Day campaign on Thursday 4th March 2021 by helping to share three assets we have developed covering childhood obesity across your networks and social media (using the hashtags: #WorldObesityDay and #ChildhoodObesity):

    1. Infographics - aimed at parents, this set of 2 infographics provides tips for parents to help prevent and address childhood obesity in:

    a. Children below 2 years
    b. Children above 2 years

    2. Policy document - aimed at policy makers, this manifesto sets out 3 calls to action to help tackle childhood obesity effectively
    3. Video - aimed at healthcare professionals, this video on addressing childhood obesity effectively provides advice for HCPs working with parents

     

    Created in collaboration with the European Childhood Obesity Group (ECOG) and based on ESPGHAN's new position paper on childhood obesity, these assets aim to highlight the complexity of childhood obesity and the multifaceted solutions required to deliver effective prevention strategies and treatments.
